Hi, I’m Stephanie Holdinghausen, real estate agent, and welcome to the Black Hills region of South Dakota! This Great Plains isolated mountain range extends into Wyoming and was once a timber and mining region. However, attractions such as Deadwood, Mount Rushmore, the Hot Springs’ mammoth site, Sturgis, Spearfish Canyon, the Crazy Horse Memorial, and more have brought much tourism in recent decades. With its many caves, state parks, and forestry, the Black Hills region and nearby Rapid City offer guests and residents alike many wonderful opportunities for shopping, dining, nightlife, attractions, and beautiful communities to call home.

As a REALTOR® and Broker Associate with Coldwell Banker Black Hills Legacy, I help buyers and sellers of real estate in the Black Hills region. I own and operate eight franchise restaurants in Rapid City and across South Dakota, some of which are award-winning stores for top sales and customer service numerous years in a row. I’ve served on many franchisee/area rep advisory boards and offer consulting services with other franchisees to help improve their profit margins and operations. As a real estate investor for 12 years, I bought, sold, and managed 20 units of rental property in South Dakota, Montana, and Colorado. I sold my rental properties in 2017, but my passion for buying and selling real estate never died, and I love helping others meet their real estate goals!
